Melissa L. Stallings, many times known as Missy, established Stallings Insurance Agency in the fall of 2008.

Missy grew up in Marietta/Roswell with 3 siblings, two large dogs and parents that loved her and knew she would excel in everything that she touched. At an early age, Missy stood out from her peers as a young woman with a strong faith, deep family values and a solid determination to succeed.  Missy excelled at Auburn University with two degrees plus being awarded Academic All American for four (4) consecutive years. While an Auburn Gymnast, she competed in every meet, even with injuries.  War Eagle!

Missy’s first large career passage was working for T-Mobile in corporate sales.  In a very short time, she gained recognition and awards for her records and outstanding achievements in the business world.  After leaving T-Mobile, Missy found a passion for insurance at Liberty Mutual.  Soon she realized that she could open an agency, achieve more along with better business and personal life balance. She has never strayed from hard work, being a wonderful manager and surrounding herself with good dedicated employees. Missy is a true gem and walks in the light of God.

Missy has a love for combining her business with giving back to numerous charitable organizations.  In the past she has lifted a hammer to help raise walls in a Habitat Home or packaged shoe boxes for the needy.

Missy married the love of her life, David, in June of 2005. They now have 4 children – Maitlin, Kennedy, Royce, and Amelia. Missy’s spare time (if she has any) is spent with her family (and 2 dogs Jasmine and Belle), at the lake, her church, planning a celebration for someone, carpooling, golf and just being one of the most wonderful people you will ever meet. Her humor and laughter is infectious and everyone around her loves her. She is truly a gift from God!

Whitni Ward is the new Agency Manager for Stallings Insurance after years being an Account Manager and previous to that the owner’s nanny. She has become a vital asset to our system process and procedures, while managing the agency environment and production. She is smart and effective at handling our agency structure, process and procedures to manage the staff workflow, while working hard to satisfy our company partner’s needs. We are so delighted to have her on our team!

Before Whitni came to Stallings Insurance, she was busy at CSU obtaining her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and this is where she met her husband Michael. Her pride and joy are her two boys, Brooks & Bennett. Besides being a mom, she loves watching movies, going for walks, and coming up with corny jokes! So, if you need a good laugh, she is your girl! However, if it’s been a hard day you can find her cleaning her house or running like some mad person. Whitni always puts a smile on all our faces and is likely to put one on yours too and we hope you have the pleasure getting to know her.

Crystal Rollins was raised in Dallas, Ga and is an Atlanta resident. She joined Stallings Insurance February of 2020 after working in banking for 14 years. She is licensed in Home, Car, Business, and Life Insurance and is an expert in customer service field. She loves speaking with our clients and helping others. She is amazing at managing her workflow and solving problems. 

Crystal is a devoted mom of two, her son Lachlan and daughter Isla. She loves traveling and has been to more countries than states. She is clearly cooler than the rest of us since she has backpacked in Europe for 3 months and visited 10 countries in that time (WOW). Crystal’s adventures spirit most certainly carries over in the workplace. She is a joy to be around and we hope you have the pleasure to speak with her!

Jovanna joined the agency in March 2021 after leaving the medical field to try something new in this exciting insurance world. She worked as a medical assistant for 9 years and has an associates degree from Fortis College in medical assisting. She is one of our dedicated Account Managers with years of customer service experience and a positive attitude equipped to best help our clients. She is here to best service your polices, questions, and changes.

Outside of Stallings Insurance, Jovanna & her fiance Dalton enjoy being the best parents to two boys Kaysen & Tatum. She is known as the office Starbucks LOVER, or addict you might say which is much needed in this hard market! We call her the office mom as she keeps the office stocked with all the goodies. Her comforting nature definitely shows when helping our clients. We hope you have the pleasure to work with Jovanna, she is an amazing blessing to the agency. 

Carla’s journey into the insurance field began with a profound event—the devastation of Hurricane Maria in 2017, which underscored the critical need for insurance protection. This experience ignited her interest in the industry, prompting her to pursue a career path that could help others prepare for unforeseen circumstances.While studying Biological Sciences at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, Carla actively engaged with medicine and art-related associations. These involvements provided her with a comprehensive perspective on community service and the importance of empathy and support in various forms.Carla’s professional background spans over 5 years in customer service and sales, where she has developed a keen understanding of customer needs, adept problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. These skills are crucial in her current role as an Account Manager at Stallings Insurance, where she undoubtedly leverages her experiences to serve clients effectively.Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Carla embodies a passion for fitness, advocating for an active lifestyle through weight training, running, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This commitment to physical well-being aligns with her creative pursuits as a plastic artist, where she collaborates with brands and associations focused on health disabilities, recognizing the profound impact of art on individuals and communities.Carla’s multifaceted background, blending her insurance expertise with her passion for community service, fitness, and the arts, underscores her holistic approach to life and her commitment to making a positive difference in the world.
